Recruitment for our springtime positions begins in September each year, however we are always recruiting throughout the season. Please don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity. Applicants for this position must hold a minimum of two National Governing Body coaching awards, a first aid certificate and have some experience of living and working in a busy, children’s outdoor activity centre.

You will be required to maintain a clean and hygienic environment in designated areas of Newlands Adventure Centre, to assist with the preparation of packed lunches and service of meals to staff and guests. Also you will be required to work in our Café, “The Hungry Heifer” at Keswick Climbing Wall.

A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be an advantage.

To assist the chef in the preparation of meals for guests and staff and maintain a clean and hygienic environment in all food preparation areas.

To wash all pots, trays, utensils and equipment used in Food preparation. Applicants must be able to work without constant supervision.
