We can provide activities, accommodation and food all year round for a maximum of 130 people.
Accommodation is in single, twin and bunk rooms (all bedding but no towels provided), all with carpets, double-glazing and centrally heated with separate male and female floors. Group Leaders have separate rooms next to the group bunk rooms with separate showers and toilets from the main group and their own staff room with tea and coffee making facilities.
On site facilities include a Residents Bar, a large dining room (special diets can be catered for), a large and efficient drying room for wet gear and a comfortable lounge. With spacious grounds, a river running right past our front door and with direct access on to the fells, rivers and lakes, where could be better than Newlands?
